Identified: federal agents who pointed gun, punched detainee in Evanston- Unraveled

Federal agents U.S. Border Patrol officers Timothy Donahue and Thomas Parsons have been identified following an October 31 incident in Evanston in which one agent pointed his gun at unarmed bystanders and another punched a hand-cuffed man on the ground. The agents also reportedly used pepper spray, detained three people without charge, and Mayor Daniel Biss has asked the Illinois Attorney General for an investigation.
